Built for the room you teach in

One app, three places.

In the studio

Class at 6:00, plan at 5:55

Step, Tabata, Abs, Legs & Glutes — your whole weekly schedule in one app. A quick look at your phone between classes instead of flipping through a binder.

At the club

Set it up once, season after season

Your tried-and-tested classes stay saved. With Favorites and Recently used, any choreo is open again in seconds.

At the convention

Masterclass, no cheat sheet

You lead a packed room through the choreo — in Build-up, one stage at a time, and the tablet always shows you what comes next.

Add it up

Less prep, more time for you.

Writing notes, hunting for the binder, pulling everything together before class — it adds up. In ChoreoPad it's all in one place.

Everything you need, nothing in the way

Built like your class.

Blocks & counts

Block A to D, every line one move with its counts. Laid out the way you hold the class in your head — not like a spreadsheet.

17 class formats

Step, Dance, Latin, Zumba®, Jumping, Yoga, Pilates, TRX®, Tabata, HYROX®, Cycling & more — each one counts the way you cue it in class: in counts, reps or intervals.

Build-up

From the base move to the finished combo. You note the stages you build the choreo in — in class you read it off stage by stage.

Compact mode

Big type, just the moves and their counts. One glance at the tablet is enough, even mid-class. The screen stays on as long as your class plan is open.

Voice input

There's a microphone next to every text field. You say the move, the app writes it down. It already knows around 60 step names — "Grapevine" and "Kick Ball Change" land in the field spelled right.

Cloud sync & favorites

With an account, your phone and tablet always match. Mark your most important classes with a heart. Without an account everything stays on your device — and works without an internet connection.

On the studio floor

Every class. Every format.

Mid-class

One glance.
That's all you get.

Between two blocks there's no time to search. Compact mode hides everything you don't need right now. What's left are the moves and their counts — big enough to read off the tablet by the mirror.

  • Big type on a dark background — readable from across the room
  • Tap the next block, done — no menu, no back button
  • The screen doesn't switch off as long as your class plan is open

300sheets a year

Your notepad stays in the drawer.

Six classes a week, one sheet per class — that's around 300 handwritten sheets a year. Searching, retyping, copying it out again. In ChoreoPad it's zero.

Example: 6 classes a week, one sheet per class, 50 weeks a year.

ChoreoPad

Your music keeps playing.

Spotify, Apple Music, WOW Music, MoveYa* — whatever you're playing keeps playing. ChoreoPad makes no sound of its own, so it can't interrupt your music. Switch to the choreo mid-track and back again as often as you like. Nothing stops, nothing closes, and you're right back at your block.

ChoreoPad only needs the microphone briefly while you speak a step in. Your phone may turn the music down on its own while it listens.

The build-up, stage by stage

The choreo grows with
your group.

No class learns a combination in one go. In Build-up you note the stages you build it in — from the basic step to the finished combination. In class you read it off stage by stage while the group grows into it.

  • For example "8× Step Touch, then it becomes Grapevine right and left" — you write it the way you cue it
  • All the sub-steps of a stage sit one under the other — one glance, no tapping through
  • At the end you switch back to "Choreo" — and the group runs the finished combination
Build-up: step 1 of block A, all sub-steps listed

After class, on the way to the car

Just say your choreo.

The best ideas rarely come at a desk. Next to every text field there's a microphone: press, say the move, done. No typing with one hand while the other carries your bag.

You say · German example„Vau Step rechts, Manbo rechts, dann Grape Wein nach rechts"

ChoreoPad corrects the step names

In the fieldV-Step rechts, Mambo rechts, dann Grapevine nach rechts

The app already knows around 60 step names — from "Kick Ball Change" to "Vinyasa". Recognition runs in the language your app is set to, one language per recording. The example above was recorded with the app set to German. On iPhone and iPad your recording stays on the device.

First feedback

Three voices from class.

"Simply a great app! Not just a gimmick, it's easy to use, and whether you want to enter it by microphone, dictation or keyboard — you can decide all that yourself. Super clear, especially when you're teaching. Also practical that ChoreoPad keeps running even when you pop over to your music player to adjust something. Highly recommended."

Marcel

"This app is really great, and I'll be honest: for me it's more for choreo — Step, Zumba and Jumping. I haven't tried it for workout classes yet. But it's all top-notch: legible, clear, and no more paper clutter. Wonderful."

SarinaStep, Zumba and Jumping

"If I'd had this earlier, it would have been a lot easier to pay even more attention to the participants during class. Because the participants are what we give our classes for."
